I am committed to promoting well-being through tailored Mat & Reformer Pilates classes, 1:1 Pilates Reformer coaching and comprehensive nutrition advice. I am an experienced instructor and help create a supportive environment for individuals to enhance their physical and mental fitness.

My Ethos

With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, I started as a Personal Trainer in 2006 and quickly found a love for group fitness, especially Pilates and Yoga, both of which continue to shape my approach to movement and wellbeing.

As a mum of two young adults, I understand the need for balance between health, family, and life. My passion for nutrition and cutting through confusing wellness trends led me to complete an Advanced Nutrition qualification, so I can coach with a clear, science-based approach.

Whether it’s a 1:1 Pilates Reformer coaching session, a Pilates Class or Nutrition catch up call,  I keep things light-hearted, non-judgmental, and fun, while staying focused on results and helping clients build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
